Located in the centre of Hvar town, 100m from the fashionable harbour and Venetian town square with its many cafes, restaurants and boutique shops. The traditional stone townhouse offers:

It is an ideal central base from which to enjoy all that Hvar Town and the island have to offer. It is literally a 2 minute walk to reach the supermarket, traditional food market, bakery, banks, car, bike and boat hire, pharmacy and other shops.

Ground Floor
▪ Newly fitted kitchen-dining room with dual gas and electric hob, extractor fan, fridge with freezer compartment. Cooking utensils and crockery for six people. Dining table and chairs.
▪ Fully tiled bathroom with white suite including full size bath with shower fitting.

First Floor
▪ Main double bedroom with mirror, hanging rail, bedside cabinets and drawers. View of fortress.
▪ Sitting room with sofa bed, hanging rail.

Top Floor
▪ The bedroom has a kingsize bed, bedside cabinets. View of fortress.
▪ Dressing area with built in wardrobe, chest of drawers with mirror above.
▪ The shower room is fully tiled, with white suite and shower.

Please note: Smoking is not permitted in the house and no pets please.
